Where is my order?
You get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. US orders arrive in 5 to 8 business days, international orders in 8 to 15. No email after 3 business days? Write to us and we will find it.
I picked the wrong size. What now?
No problem. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you want. We send a prepaid label and ship the new size.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you email us within 2 hours of ordering. After that it is usually already packed, but you can still return it within 14 days.
How do I use my discount code?
Enter it in the discount box at checkout. Bundle savings (buy 2, get 1 free) are applied automatically, no code needed.
