Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase made on nancystanks.com (the "Store"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at the time of order. We may cancel or refuse an order where we suspect fraud, where a product is unavailable, or where there is an obvious pricing error; in each case you will be refunded in full.

Promotions and bundles

Buy 2 Get 1 Free and Buy 3 Get 2 Free bundles are applied automatically at checkout to the lowest-priced items. Only one automatic discount applies per order. Promotions cannot be combined with discount codes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping, returns and guarantee

See our Shipping Policy and our 14-Day Fit Guarantee (Return and refund policy). Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.

Products

We do our best to show colors accurately, but screens vary. Product details and sizing are provided as guidance; our size chart and free exchanges are there to get the fit right.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
