Easy returns within 14 days

Not the right size or not for you? You have 14 days from delivery to exchange or return any tank.

Exchanges

Email hello@nancystanks.com with your order number and the size or color you want. We send a prepaid label and ship the new tank as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier.

Refunds

Email us with your order number. We send a prepaid return label; once the return is scanned, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Conditions

• Items can be worn and washed. We only ask that they are clean.
• Return within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Promotional free items in a bundle must be returned with the bundle, or their value is deducted from the refund.

Damaged or wrong item?

Send us a photo and we will replace it immediately at no cost.
