14-Day Fit Guarantee
Every Nancy's Tank comes with a 14-day fit guarantee. Wear it, wash it, live in it. If it is not the most comfortable top you own, send it back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or a free exchange for another size or color.
How to return or exchange
- Email hello@nancystanks.com with your order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
- We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label (US orders).
- Drop the package at any carrier location. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving; exchanges ship the same day we receive your return.
Good to know
- Free tanks from a Buy 2 Get 1 or Buy 3 Get 2 bundle are part of the bundle. If you return paid tanks, the bundle discount is recalculated on the items you keep.
- Exchanges are free and unlimited within the 14 days.
- Gift recipients can exchange for a different size or color with the order number.
